博士,北京大学工学院材料科学与工程系特聘研究员,优秀青年科学基金获得者。

教育工作经历:1995—2002,理学学士、硕士,郑州大学物理工程学院;2002—2005,理学博士,中国科学院物理研究所;2005—2006,国家纳米科学研究中心研究助理;2006—2007,外国人研究员,日本东北大学多元物质科学研究所,2007-2009,日本学术振兴会(JSPS)外国人特别研究员,日本东北大学多元物质科学研究所。

研究领域:

1. 低维纳米结构的可控生长,包括石墨烯、氮化硼、二硫化钼等;
2. 低维纳米结构原子分辨的形貌、电子结构、物理化学特性等;
3. 低维纳米材料主要是石墨烯的表面物理化学反应、能带调控以及输运特性等

科研成就:在Science, Phys. Rev. Lett, Nano Lett.等杂志发表论文80余篇。曾获全国百篇优秀博士论文(2007),中科院杰出科技成就奖(2005)等奖项。回国后获得了国家重大科学研究计划“量子调控”项目、国家自然科学基金面上/重大项目、国家优秀青年科学基金等项目的资助。目前承担的科研项目包括:国家自然科学基金面上项目一项、全国百篇优秀博士论文获得者科研启动经费一项、国家重点基础研究发展计划“量子调控”项目两项(其中一项担任课题组长,一项为科研骨干),国家优秀青年科学基金一项。
