微型化双光子荧光显微镜/Miniaturized Two-photon Fluorescence Microscope

微型化双光子荧光显微镜可获取动物在自由行为过程中,大脑神经元和神经突触活动清晰稳定的图像,整合微观神经元和神经突触活动与大脑整体的活动和个体行为信息,是类脑计划研究的重要工具。

轴向分辨率可以达到800纳米,横向分辨率达到0.65微米,成像帧频达40Hz(256×256像素)

体积小,仅重2.2克,可佩戴在小动物头颅窗上

实时记录数十个神经元、上千个神经突触的动态信号

光漂白/光毒性相比双光子点扫描显微镜降低一个数量级

对动物的活动和行为无干扰


Miniaturized Two-photon Fluorescence Microscope is an important tool for “Human Brain Project”, because it can capture clear and stable images of brain neurons and synaptic activity in animals with free behavior, and integrate the microcosmic neurons and synaptic activity with information on movement of total brain and personal behaviors.

The axial resolution up to 800 nm, transverse resolution up to 0.65 μm, and the Imaging frame frequency up to 40 Hz (256*256 pixels)

Small size and only 2.2 g in weight, can be worn on skull window of small animals

Dynamic signals from dozens of neutrons and thousands of synapses can be recorded realtimely Photobleaching/phototoxicity is decreased by one order of magnitude compared to two-photon spot scanning microscope

It brings no disturbance to movements and behaviors of animals
